I moved to Japan in 1999 and have been here ever since. I have always wanted to live and work here. My interest in Japan goes way back to when I was a little blighter, for some reason I have always been fascinated by Japanese culture.
Being in the IT/web development field, I personally find that Japan has many opportunities - the Internet industry is rich and alive and I enjoy being part of it.
One of the best things about being in Japan is that I am able to get my grubby mitts on the latest cool gadgets and Gundam stuff.
And I do love Anime - which I get to watch for free on TV.
If you have never been to Japan - I recommend you do stop by - even if its for a few days. Its the center of the universe (my personal opinion), its like you have just stepped on to the movie set of Blade Runner - its an experience you will never forget.
