Ponzu is normally a dressing used for hot tofu or salad. This is the first time I am having it on my okonomiyaki. This okonomiyaki is filled with onion and pork. There was an option to have kimuchi included but I passed on that. It tasted really good and I recommend trying the ponzu dressing for okonomiyaki. It probably worked well because their was so many onions. Have you tried ponzu on okonomiyaki before?
