The Kasai Golf Range is a great place to practice golf at night. They have 300 booths on three levels. On the weekend around midnight it is normally packed. You can see the ferris wheel in the background from kasai rinkai koen. This is only 5 minutes from odaiba in one direction and a few minutes to Disneyland in the other. The range is 250 yards long, compared to many in central Tokyo that may only be 30 yards on top of a building.
