Our training for Tokyo Marathon 2010 continued this morning with our longest run yet - 22.5km (equivalent to a half-marathon!) around the south of Tokyo.
Tom and I were hoping to cross Rainbow Bridge, but discovered that in the winter it only opens to pedestrians at 10am :(
Still, we had a great time exploring some new areas of Tokyo. One of the most interesting things was a secret tunnel under the Yamanote line - it was only 5 foot from floor to ceiling and went on forever!
I've put a video of that, a load more photos, and the GPS map of our route (which you can also view in 3D using Google Earth!) on my blog,

Sunday morning's are a great time to explore the city as there's little traffic about - i.e. less chance of getting run over!
Anyway, I've only just got back and need to have a shower - *Twinkle* is complaining that I stink of sweat!
Does anyone else use GPS tracking when they run (Everytrail / RunKeeper etc)? Would be great to see your photos and routes.
Joseph
