Now that Danny has returned from AFA, where can he go to get great Singaporean grub?
Actually there are a lot of Singaporean and Malaysian restaurants in Japan. Of course you won't get that local flavor here, but it's a nice substitute.
Had the lunch buffet at the Singapore Seafood Republic in Ginza on the recommendation of a freind. According to a couple of Singaporean friends of mine who joined me, the food was good, but not really authentic.
There was Hainanese Chicken Rice, Nasi Goren, Carrot Cake, Laksa, and Chili toast. Even Lime juice! All for 1,500 yen.
They did say that the spiceyness of the food was close to Singaporean level, so if you try it ou better like chili peppers :)

Do you like spicy foods? What the hottest thing you ever ate?
