Am still at Mt Fuji playing golf. The weather gets better and better and so does the view of Fuji-san. Heading in for lunch now and anago tempura is on the menu. Definitely going to be trying that. Anago is like a small version of eel, but they come from the sea, whereas unagi (eel) is from the river. Have you ever tried anago?
