Wow! How high tech can you get?
Stopping in for some famous chicken wings from a popular chain from Nagoya called Yamachan's. They really have awesome wings here.
But even better than that is the ordering system!
Each table has this touchscreen panel with a computerized menu. Just like an online ordering website, you just find the food you want, set the quantity and order! You even get price totals and everything.
Only downside is that ordinary waiters bring my food. Robot maids scurrying around with plates of food would be perfect!
I once worked in a sandwich shop and really did not enjoy it at all (especially hated slicing the pastrami). I am more than happy to replace these jobs with robots. Have you ever worked in a restaurant before?

No, I have never worked in a restaurant, and from what I have heard the pay generally sucks and you get put off eating fast food from that chain (for example, if you worked at KFC)
Do you get the amount of chicken wings the picture displays for 400yen? If so this is a godly awesome place and I am so there...

Sorry, only five wings for 400 yen. Actually a bit pricey. But gotta start investing in robot maid waitresses sooner or later!

I dunno, I think human maid waitresses would be better than robot maid waitresses. Either would be better than some ordinary greasy chicken waiter guy though
We have a sushi shop here have a digital ordering system where we use mouse to control at every seat and the downside is that the mouse always spoil so its back to stone age.

I used to work at the local food court. Washing dishes for minimum wage, glad I'm not doing that anymore.

Baker
I waited tables and was a occasional bartender at a mexican place while I went to university. Worst job ever. My favorite part was at the end of the night we would all have a drink and complain about the customers.
Car Washer
Jack in the box has a service like this now. Its really cool but takes 5x longer then just going up to the person on front counter since it asks you if you would like to make it a combo meal. Then a whole bunch of extra things.

They have the same thing here in the US at Wawa.
The downside is that at the one close to my house, they frequently do not have enough food to fill the orders, and you find out after 5 minutes of waiting.

Yeah I did, some years ago there was a restaurant here called Rax. The first day I was there I was given the honor of creating a sandwich for a customer and the sandwich was the very first of a new product. It was a cheesesteak. I heard it was very good.

I have not worked a job at a restaurant, but I wouldn't mind it if I could land a job at one. Robots would not help my chances at getting one either...

Once, but it would be nice to have a robot for backup... xD
