I'm here at one of Shibuya's most famous conveyor-belt sushi restaurants, located just off Centre-gai, 5 minutes from Hachiko (it's literally just called 回転寿司 - 'kaiten zushi' 'Conveyor Belt Sushi')
It's so popular that when we walked in we were handed a notice which read (in English), "please buy at least 7 dishes, you can stay for 30 minutes.
The sushi costs ¥120 per plate. You can pick the one you want off the conveyor or order one of the specials from the chef directly.
I love sushi. It really is one of the things I like most about Japan.
Maguro is my favourite type - how about you?
