Just one stop from Akihabara is Ochanomizu.
A small area in central Tokyo, Ochanomizu is located bear several large colleges and Universities. Walked around a bit today and was reminded of my college days. Used bookstores, cheap restaurants, record shops and coffeeshops. Lots of music equipment shops too.
