The typhoon has passed though Tokyo leaving clear blue skies but also
a trail of destruction. Areas around me got off lightly though. The
white thing in the photo is a steel cabinet of some sort which has
been blown over. Accompanying it are some poor greenery.
In other parts of Japan, houses got upturned (could not believe it
when I saw footage on the news) and somebody got killed by a falling
tree. A news report of the damage so far below.
