Ever feel the need to get awa from the rat race and drop a line? No problem if you work in downtown Tokyo.
Just next to Ichigaya station there is a fishing center you can go to to take a break and have a Tom Sawyer moment. Never done it myself, but I often see this view from the train as I head toward Akihabara. Want to try this someday.
