Out at one of our local matsuri which is taking place at a huge
shrine. Here we see some kids trying their dab hand at Kingyo Sukui.
Players are given a hoop with some paper glued to it. When the paper
is dipped in the water to try to scoop the gold fish, the paper starts
to fall apart - they need to catch as many as they can before that
happens. Folks take home any fish that they catch in a plastic bag.
Wanted to try but not sure how long the fish live for. Any of you keep
fish at home? What do you do when they die? Fish n chips?
