This post comes to you live from above Tokyo bay - I'm just crossing the amazing Rainbow Bridge on foot for the first time.
It's a beautiful winter's day here in Tokyo, and there's a great view across Odaiba, with the unmistakeable Fuji TV building in the middle.
I just did a live video stream from my iPhone - fellow live blogger Steve Nagata was one of the viewers encouraging me not to jump - thanks Steve!
I'd better get going again though, I'm supposed to be training for the Tokyo Marathon in 7 weeks, not playing with my iPhone.
