Currently in West Shinjuku where there are a load of Korean
restaurants and outlets. So many that folks call it Korean town.
Having a fave Korean dish of mine - haemul chijimi which is like a
seafood pancake thingy.
Are there Korean towns in your neck of the woods?
I remember there being one in LA from my te back there in 2007ish.
現在は西新宿で好物の海鮮チジミ食っているところです。

Technically yes, but it's just a mini mall so I never go. Besides, the best Korean food is somewhere else in town.

The Koreatown in LA (which I also live in by the way) has the largest concentration of Koreans in the entire United States, just thought I'd throw that out there.
Also, Haemul Pahjuhn is my second favorite dish :) delicious giant pancakes mmmm....

I think we have a Korea Town somewhere near Vancouver. Not sure of the exact location too.
Am a fan of Korean food here too. Loved eating Korean food in Korea. T'was cheap and tasty. But it was hard to find non-Korean food in Seoul.

西新宿って大久保駅の?マレーシアって意外にチャイナトウンとインドタウンしかないのですね。ジャパンタウンとかできたら嬉しいのに。

ya, but it call Korean Village in my area, drive there need around 30min or more.
Los Angeles Koreatown has excellent food and it tastes exactly the same as in Korea.
On the flip side, Seoul has a kinda small Little Tokyo with a lot of seafood restaurants, but it's kinda redundant since there are Japanese restaurants and bars all over the city.

I once went to an all you can eat Korean BBQ place, but it was far west of Little Tokyo in the heart of K-town. I wish I could remember the name--I just remember it had a huge outdoor covered patio with really long tables and heaping plates of meat. Ahh man it was great...

Koreans are mostly scattered all over the place in the capital here and in my hometown, but i rarely see Japanese roaming around in my hometown. Korean food is more easily found and more authentic in our country since most of the joints are opened by Koreans themselves. I love bibimbap... ^^
