Another night, another meetup here in Tokyo. Went to Tokyo 2.0 in Roppongi, the premier meetup for all things geek here.
First met up with Joseph Tame, podcaster extraordinaire and fellow Tokyo Live Blogger to get advice on how to use my new camcorder. Then off to the event.

Tokyo 2.0 is a monthly event that showcases new tech and tech companies here in Tokyo. While it is a great place for programmers and technology people to meet and network, it is also a great social event with foreigners and Japanese mixing and sharing ideas. Most presentations are translated and every time I visit I meet someone new and interesting.
Quite happy tonight to meet Peter Rojas, founder of www.engadget.com and gdgt.com as well as Kevin Werback founder of supernova, a major US social/technology conference.

Also saw some very interesting technology like www.mygengo.com , a brilliant new webpahe translation system.

I guess many of you might nit find all this tech stuff so interesting, but I can't get enough of it. It helps to like in a high tech capital like Tokyo.

Do any of you like new tech stuff. What's the most impressive technology you have seen lately?
