Tonight we are having kimchi nabe (kimchi flavored hotpot/steamboat?) for dinner. Nabe-s are coming out of storage now that the mercury in Tokyo is dropping. It's very easy to make too. Just chuck everything into the pot and boil. ^^.

Kind of light in the red coloring for being a kimchi dish.
Go to Korea and have some real kimchiguk, or come over to my house.

Well we do chop up a few jalapenos and toss them in just to make sure the red pepper has the right amount of spice. ^^
If it doesn't look like BBQ sauce you must add more red pepper.
Yum~ Make's me want to try that nabe ^^
