It's still raining so I am dropping in to this local cafe in Shibuya,
Sakuragaoka Cafe, for a hot cup of tea.
It is a friendly cafe with meals. On a warm day people are sitting
outside.
Nice to have a warm drink on a cold day.

Usually stay in when it rains but if I'm caught outside or have to make an errand, I usually stop by a Seattle's best or UCC.

As long as it's dry and not a tent it should be fine with me... The best place I ever stepped into during a surprise downpour though, was an excellent ramen place i Kyoto near the Nishiki market... Can't remember the name though, but I do remember being absolutely soaked
