つけ麺 (tsu ke men). Compared to ramen , this is a little something different. You get your noodles dry. Sometimes you can even have it hot or cool.
This is how you eat.
1) Pick up noodles with chopsticks.
2) Dip your noodles into the soup.
3) Put into your mouth.
4) Repeat steps 1-4.
The first ramen place to serve this was 大勝軒. Their main shop is in Ikebukuro, but they have a branch in Yokohama too.
