Singaporean Food Diary: Bah Kut Teh

My first day back in Singapore was quite busy, but managed to end the day with this lovely meal.
Bah Kut Teh is one of my favorite Chinese dishes (meat bone tea). I prefer Teochew style which has a lighter peppery soup.
I'm afraid I will gain weight on this trip!
