Radio-Kan in Akihabara has a number of neat rental box stores. These stores rent out clear lockers for anyone to open up their own store. People fill the box with old toys, rare collectables, or even hand crafted models then put on price tags.
The store will take care of the transaction and then give you the money from the sale.
Kind of like a physical eBay.
Great place to look for rare ltd edition anime goods.

That would be cheap, here.( about $60.00 CDN) I saw a Yuki Figma here going for $85.00 CDN at a store. (new)

But it's a ridiculous price for a figma in Japan, nonetheless. Seems like overseas isn't the only place with high demand.
Though I must say, 85 is insane. It's usually around ~$50 here in Toronto.

Typical prices around here varies between $39.00 and $44.00. The $85.00 one was the Yuki with the Hat and Cape, etc.. Of course, this doesn't include the 14% sales tax on top of everything.... :(

I buy a rare megahouse item on my last Tokyo trip there , I find this private shop in shop very impressive but
many items there are very overpriced for my taste.

I went to those places.
It was pretty cool to see rare stuff for sale. Some were pretty expensive and others were pretty cheap...
There is always something different there...
I found a Kohinata (H2O) figure in one of these for around 9800 yen...really pricy!
