Sakuraya has closed in Shinjuku
Sakuraya was one of the big electronic department stores in Japan. Unfortunately their business didn't run as expected and the company is in bankruptcy. I remember in 2000, in Sakuraya I bought my first digital camera, a Casio 2300UX, 2MPx :) Sakuraya shops in Shunjuku have been closed and I got shocked when I saw that now it will be Bic Camera... Everything change, nothing lasts forever. Bye Bye Sakuraya...
