Hi Danny. Its just that somehow hearing your stories makes me feel like founding myself.
I am also a Malaysian, and also interested in the anime industry. I really admired you, being someone from my nation finding success over there. I just feel that maybe I do also have a chance.
About the [comfort zone] and [living in someone else life], that was really well said from you, because it almost relates everything about my past.
I find your stories really inspiring to read, and that I thought that if one day I made it to Japan, I should be looking out for you to say "Thanks." ^wwww^

Nice article! Coffee is getting more and more popular in Japan. If you're still looking for a place to get good coffee beans, check out this coffee map map.abccoffee.co. It ranks good coffee shops in Japan according to Instagram. You can find one near you.
Selamat Datang, Danny. I have to say, your blog and life journey really inspires me.
Ah yes, perfect place to be obliterated by diabetes and sweetness!
"Children, feed me your trash."
Books and books everywhere! My kind of heaven!
Such an interesting name. I think it's rather creative that someone chose "Mozart" as bakery name instead of musical one. Perhaps this is a reference to Austrian sweet delicacy.
Look at this strange bunny-like and bread-like creature. It looks so confused. I want ten of it.
Such a beautiful and memorable sign!
I play tons of instruments because of extracurricular activities throughout my school year, except high school. But if there's one instrument I still play and love, it would be guitar from my classic guitar lesson. I used to play ensemble in group, though, so playing by myself now feels a little lonely.
Cool shop front! It will be very easy for customer to remember and recognise the shop.
This reminds me of Nakajima from RAVE, LOL. Only less creepy.
Such a cute sign!
"I have no idea what im doing".
Japanese schools seems so nice :3
When will Eijiclock appears? :3 it will be awesome!
That looks so neat! It's interesting to know the process, in case one day I will get a job on thorough branding of a company, including for companies' vehicle.
Love the outfit!
A Kanata Smart Doll soon?
Wahhh these are such cute socks! I want at least 5 pairs of them but I know I won't probably use them because they are too cute... I wonder whether it's okay to wear them underneath a pair of serious-looking Oxford or something.
Who is this girl?
Hi, I've been buying coffee beans in Jupiter Coffee and Tea and until now, I wasn't able to pick up the term she uses everytime the personnel asks me if I want it ground (or I believe this is what she asks me). After I gave her a blank expression, she will asks me if for paper filter and I'll just answer yes and then she will proceed with the grinding of coffee beans. Would you mind telling me some of the terms possible for grind?
Thank you! and by the way, nice blog here and photos! :)
And I am one of those who is quite a coffee lover
is that an iplehouse YID erica?
Am I the only person who somehow always gets hungry whenever I see photos of Japanese street? My mind jumps to Japanese food already.
Stormtrooper working for the Singapore Garrison of the 501st Legion. Costume talent working for Movie Mania Industries, Singapore. Student studying in Meridian Junior College. Writer of unpublished short stories and fanfiction.
Figma Aya Do want! But it's gonna be hell trying to pose her without the stand, seeing as she's wearing those geta...
I would love to win this so much. But I never had any intention of starting a Twitter account. Oh, the complications...
My favourite arc out of the entire Haruhi light novel series. Glad they're making it into a movie instead of a television series, without the K-On! moeblob-ification. You can't break a story like that into episodes.
I'm still very surprised to know that Kotobuki Minako, Tsumugi's seiyuu, is the same age as me. I have always been praising her for her mature-sounding voice. :P
I don't need to strap my bucket on when I wear my Stormtrooper armour. I have a helmet liner inside that fits my skull very snugly, and it keeps the helmet on.
Wow, she just put the entire chunk of durian into her mouth. There's actually a seed stone inside. :P
And I'm in the picture at the top of this post, looking at the camera. *rolls eyes* :P
It really is quite amazing sometimes to see Japanese celebrities taking in the flavours and sights of Singapore. :D
That means 28% of us here are correct?
Sorry bro, you're too late.
Also, I still have your name card from a year ago Danny. :D
Hahaha, they seem to be following the standards of meido cafes in Japans quite to the letter.
I probably won't visit though, since it's not my thing, and since no photography is allowed.
How much were you paid for the licensing of this merchandise? :P
Ya Kun Kaya Toast in Tokyo! Whodathunkit? That's sheer awesome.
I'm born on 1991 but before the Chinese New Year, so technically I'm a horse.
Looks set for awesomeness. I'm looking forward to this, even though I haven't watched a single episode of the anime (I played the Atari console games, so I know a little bit about the stories).
Haha, ever since I learnt to cycle at the age of 7, it's been my main mode of transportation to anywhere within a ten-kilometer radius (that is, if it's not too sunny, in which case I take the bus).
Good luck finding that iPhone peripheral, Danny. We have a branch of Apple-exclusive retailers called nubox, a premium reseller for Apple-Mac products, but I haven't checked the stores out myself so I wouldn't know if that have what you're looking for.
Those two-wheeled skateboards are funny. They're all the rage among 10-year old kiddies and preteens here. You gotta shake your arse - literally, - to ride on one of those. I don't fancy them myself cos I secretly laugh at the young kiddies who make themselves look abysmally silly wagging their butts around when riding them.
Looking forward to what you have in store this coming AFA09. :D
Also, Black Rock Shooter figma kudasai. ;)
I don't understand why Yuki is still the most popular. :\
I'm an absolutely huge fan of the original flavour. I'm buying them twice every week and keeping the cans to play stack-O's.
Alter. My favourite figure company. Cos they do multiple runs of the same figure, and with each consecutive run the cost gets cut down more and more. ^^
That would be Convoy, not Optimus Prime. ;)
If you ever need some trooper buddies to accompany you, feel free to ask me along. :D
If you ever need somebody to accompany you in armour, you know who to look for?
