Such great advice! Thanks Danny!
Resume keywords are way more important than resume formats. Because recruiters conduct keyword searches during the initial sourcing process in Applicant Tracking Systems. You're not found if your resume doesn't contain the exact keywords. But it's a pain to find those keywords from the job descriptions.
I found the site http://www.jobscan.co is a great place to identify keywords for your resume. All you do is paste in your resume plus the job description, then Jobscan analyzes your job description for you automatically and identify the most important keywords for you.
It literally takes seconds and it so worth the copy and paste. Saved me so much time AND I got more interviews using Jobscan! I recommend it as well.
Ridge Racer was such a disappointment. Considering the rich history of the series, the way they messed up the PS Vita version makes no sense. It does look very pretty but yeah, very little substance :(
Danny.....I seriously need your help then, please.
Can you help me get my resume ready for Japan then? Please...
I would be willing to send it to you, so you can help me. I am getting my BA in Criminal Justice in December 2015, but I I want to move to Japan and I know the only job I could do there to begin with is English. So, I would like to have my Resume ready to apply for Jobs in Japan. Arigatou Gozaimasu!
Such cute wallpapers.
Currently watching Culture Japan on Crunchyroll. Loving it. There should be a third season.
T_T Still waiting for Kanata. Please don't let her be the last one that will be released ToT
Where is this shotengai??.
It's amazing how you regularly post about the lack of crime in Japan, but the minute you get back to good ol' London, people start robbing you the second you get off the plane. Reverse karma?
I'm planning to make a wallpaper for Chitose is there a link available to download the photoshop file?
wait how i edit my own comment?
As i can see, she a epic troller. Trololololololololo
Take my money!
What does this title supposed to mean? Anap? A nap? Yeah I'd like that sometimes too.
Woo-hoo! You can bet you know what I'm starting to save up for!
Or maybe I'm just stupid... Michael, do think Smart Doll Ebony is going to be 004??? (?_?)
Finally, my wallet is ready.
When ya reply? Danny? I waited like a 1000 years! (lol jk)
When is she planned? Somewhere this year? I hope for her to be my first SmartDoll. Been following you since the start!
Omigosh I love herrrrrrrr ~~~<3
Der Rhein - just a 20 minute drive away :D
if possible get beans that were roasted in a drum and not industrially. If they know what they're doing your coffee won't taste burnt or sour. In general the arabica family tend to have more flavor and aroma's then the robusta.
I'd recommend getting a burr or disc and conical grinder. Your grind will be a lot more homogenic leading to a less bitter and sour cuppa.
nice one :3
Really excited to see how she'll turn out *^_^*
I'M READY !!!!!!!
Where to preorder??
Praise to the Lord
Been waiting for this~
She's my favorite! !! Danny-sensei you are the coolest!!

Ebony Chitose *HNNNGH*
I'm obsessed with discrete mathematics, quantum physics, quantitative finance, and anime.
Well, from my experience, we really need more of all 3 of those positions lol :D my high school's science/math teacher retention rate was like 2 yrs max. D: there was more funding for English and history stuff in Utah at least......... >.>;;;
That is amazing. :D
Do the endorsements mean you can teach both subjects? :)
Nice! What are you studying?
I graduated already but am still in the area hehe. Can't believe how fast time flies..
wat you're in CO now? i'm in MA... D:
Aw Danny. :3 I just wanted to say congratulations on everything you've done. Hiring employees is no small deal, and it could take startups years before having the capacity to expand. Your brand and business have grown enormously since the first time I stepped foot into your blog. I was an angry middle school kid back then lol. I'm working on a startup now, but in a very different field - a lot of it was due to your advice - to pursue something you enjoy, to go for the things that distract you. The boring stereotypical corporate life is a nightmare and needs a massive makeover - 120 hours per week, 7 days a week, 0 work life balance. Being a kaishain in finance in Tokyo was a huge eye-opener, and I'm thankful to be out of there lol. I doubt you'll see this but have a wonderful summer and best of luck with the recruitment process!! May the best applicant(s) win!
there's like.. men wearing yukata with blonde hair selling death metal-type clothing with jazz music in the background in this building :D
my eye doctor is somewhere down yonder :D
waa character pants? yee!
Thank you so much for this post, Danny! ^^
I'm going to Japan next week for a summer internship and will definitely check out your guides and recommendations to get the most out of living in Japan. I'm really excited because my work is in Chiyoda-ku, close to Akihabara! So excited and nervous. Yeeee.
I haven't graduated from college yet but am working in Japan in a month. If you have the skills, they'll still somehow hire you. Some companies help out with the visa process. In addition, if you're currently in school but haven't graduated yet, the school can help you obtain your visa as well.
I have a lot of issues with Cool Japan, not gonna lie. But soft power is what it is. Part of the reason I care and want to work in Japan is so that I can help women have more of an academic/technological/entrepreneurship role in the industry.
Yay no more bugs in my face! Aha...
Glad to hear you're doing well Danny. :)
On another note, the Japanese I class at my school, which is "easy"（ハーバードに比べるMITの言語/人文科学の授業は優しいかもしれない）, had us memorize all katakana and hiragana in two days. 日本語１を取った時、早く覚えなくちゃ行けないから、とても大変だった。
I agree with you! But!
But i think that's kind of what they're aiming for.. something crazy, something to spark controversy and that "Wtf just happened" type of reaction. I mean, it's another boring mainstream car - and what better way to cry for attention than a high pitched screaming virtual idol coming out of a car singing 世界で一番の姫様 ...
Risky marketing strategy but it makes sense.
Ehe he he

So legit, Chun. :)
My car is shittastic but at least it has eyelashes. :)
A lot of those snacks are pretty healthy though, if not in smaller proportions.. :)
Idk why but all of the Japanese people i've hosted dislike sweets.. they've grown up with healthy snacks rather than, say, the double chocolate Milanos i'm eating right now at 3AM which are ~100 calories/cookie. FML
