I don't think there's one single effective method in learning Japanese. The most important thing is setting realistic goals along your journey into becoming proficient in the language. Simply put, your resolve is the key.

Another suggestion to take note of when working on version 2 is maybe input a password feature in order to close the app. By locking the iphone, the app assumes that I've closed it, thus, it no longer gives me alerts until I unlock it. The app is awesome, but at the cost of having the security of my iphone compromised in order to keep it active. In a sense it replaces the lock function and so it needs some sort of security feature of its own.

Android is indeed the more widely used platform for smartphones. I'm uncertain of whether it's easier to develop an iphone app, but I think it's easier to submit one compared to an Android app. I don't know about the rest of the world, but there's a lot more focus on i-devices on at my end in terms of development.

Also, after this happens, the character will no longer respond when touching them on any part of the body, nor do they read out the time anymore after touching the time section of the screen. However, you can still change the character's poses by dragging and will still give an alert after exiting the application. Only by restarting the application can I return everything to normal.

Danny, I think I've found a bug. It gave me a happy birthday message as soon as it reached midnight today and I've set the birthday alert on the month of October. Can someone verify whether they have the same problem.

I don't know if this has been covered in any of the Culture Japan episodes but I would like to know how manga authors and anime producers collaborate in the making of an anime adapted from a manga. For instance; how changes in the original story are decided for the anime adaption; how much control the manga authors has over the final product; whether the authors can choose who should voice which character; and whether the authors get to meet the actual voice actors/actresses. As for my opinion on the anime industry, I would say that in the present, the focus is increasing steered towards eye candy and away from developing a strong story. Guilty Crown is an example work from Production I.G which I find rather questionable. Despite the attractiveness of the design and illustrations, the plot has too many loopholes. An example of this was the way Shu always extracts the voids most convenient for every situation when it was clearly given that he could not see the voids himself.

I think it's already in the making.
