Wow amazing, it cut it.  Not to mention it took 7 MACHINE GUN bullets firing at the same spot to break it.

If it was a "high-quality" katana, it would be much, much higher.  As well the bullet is moving so it as the advantage.  If the katana was moving it would have the "slicing power".
