if u ppl dunno.. ltos of anime boys are girls --> chibi ones most likely or "un-mann-like" male chars such as normal school boys(gon from hunter x hunter... who else hmm... hayate --> i believe?) whereas ppl like amuro and char is pretty hard to have a girl voiceact them so ya they are boy
Even the english voice actor of Ash Ketchum is female. The old one anyway. Then they fired 4kids entertainment and got new voice actors. For some of you that didn't notice, the switch took place with the "Mirage something" TV special.
even in america, alot of voice actors that do voices for youngs boys are girls, bart simpson and other school boys from that show are voiced by females
