Chronologicaly, one of the last things Amuro ever said in his life was that he couldn't be a surrogate father figure for Quess. Evolve 5 reexamines that possibility, with Amuro confronting the Alpha Aizeru, presumably during the final attempt to stop Axis, and after a bit of struggling, manages to appeal to the pilot's need for an authoritative figure in her life and sends her off in a more peaceful manner.While I don't realy think Amuro at this point in time is realy capable of such patience when dealing with others, he is certainly capable of understanding...
