I don't eat tomatoes even now, so this certainly wouldn't change that. Tomatoes are only good in "sauce" or "ketchup" form.

I'm sure that tomatoes don't need lungs, everyone. This is pretty interesting: it doesn't make it any more or less disgusting. It's just the anatomy, after all - pork, chicken, etc all comes from things with an internal anatomy.
