@MACdaddy & Karl, I apologize if you think I was making fun of Christianity, I was not in fact. I was merely summarizing, and also implying that Jesus probably would have had nothing to do with providing the world with maids. As a matter of fact, he might have even taken issues with women dressing this way, but who knows? So once again, I apologize if it was taken the wrong way, as I have no problem with ANY religion, or religious belief.

very cute maid costumes. i got a question do girls in japan personally try to make their voices sound high pitched... because i know quite a bit of japanese girls where i live and like alot of girls can talk in a high pitch voice if they wanted to but i only have talked to one actually speaking with a high pitched voice fulltime.. and through learning about some psychology if a girl talked like a kid like that ... it means they been abused as a child... so back to the main question do girls in japan purposely talk in a high pitch voice to sound cute?.. because i get reminded of alvin and the chipmunks when those girls were singing not to be offensive or anything...
Really its the same reason that women have higher voices then men. Men with deeper voices are more fertile (its proven, google it), as are women with higher pitched voices. So, we are genetically pre-disposed to having higher or lower voices. Since the Japanese culture usually has females playing a subservient role, as time goes on more and more women have the genetic trait of higher voices... end of lesson. Also, its cute.
