The Otaku business mind is trying to monetize from the cardboard dumpling shenanigans in China (which were revealed as being false). You can buy "Cardboard Dumplings" in Akiba for 420 yen each. No cardboard to be found inside - instead the dumpling is served *in* a cardboard container... Via Sankei.

Yeah you never know when you'll see that girl from the Kung-Pow movie. Which by the way had some of the most interesting english dubbed comedy I've heard. Not the funniest, just interesting. I still like the way Kung-Fu Hustle was dubbed, the comedic bits were good. Not the best, just good.
