The season to follow Denou will be Kamen Rider Kiba. Watched Kabuto but never got into Denou. Hope Kiba is a good one. Any regular viewers of Kamen Rider here? Via Hobby Snacks via Otaku.fm.

looks like you're some oldschool Kamen Rider fans. ;^^ well, I don't see Den-O to be that bad, considering it has a good consitent story flow. and personally I like it (being unique and funny ^^). but never mind... looking forward for this new Kamen Rider. Especially the costume, it really look nice. Hope the story plot would be as nice as the costume is...
I used to watch Kamen Rider Black X when I was small, not the American version though.
I heard the American version was so badly adopted that Ishimori said he won't allow Saban to adopt another Kamen Rider series?

Hey wow, this one's looking good! Den-O was too similar to one of the sentai shows... corny and kiddy... So I hated that one. To me Kamen Rider 555 (Faiz) was the best one of all, design and story-wise. This design is looking pretty good! Let's see how the story is...
Agreed. I love how the put focus on the drama aspect in 555..

Yeah I heard about the news. I was just going to post it today and you beat me to it. I love watching Kamen Rider. I've been following it every week since the 555 series. I still prefer Kabuto but I think I like Den-O as well.
First KR I've watched is Kuuga, then skipped all the way to Kabuto, and then learned the classic riders, and then back to Den-O... Den-O felt more like an anime rather than a tokusatsu... acceptable to watch, but I think it doesn't have enough Kamen Rider-ness... For Kiba, I liked the costume... hope the story is good...
Seeing as the theme of this is old hollywood monster movies monsters, I'm going to wait for 2009's Rider.

hey c'mmon... den-o rox... imo it had a better storyline than kabuto, and very talented characters XD... anyway sure to watch Kiba when it releases ^^
The design looks ok, not bad. I hope this one would be having a much more mature storyline, & not to make it like a comedy.
I'd heard of Kamen Rider but never got into it till I randomly downloaded the first few eps of Kabuto. Loved it! Never got into Den-o though. Didn't impress me. But the new one looks like it could be cool. Anyone know when it's starting?
Not a viewer of Kamen Rider (it doesn't even show here; S'poreans get Masked Rider and Gransazers, etc.) but he looks bad@ss

i loved Kamen Rider (aka Masked Rider) when i was a kid. back then it wasn't shown on singapore's TV but on malaysia's TV. i enjoyed it very much even though it is in malay dub. ^^;
WHAT???....... Oops, my fault. But so far the only ones shown in S'pore are the Ryuki, 555 and Blade series of Kamen Rider. WOw, man, this new Kamen Rider sure looks promising than *coughs* Den-O, been a great fan ever since I'm young and I hope that this series would deteriorate like Power Rangers (Sorry if I offended any power ranger fans here =p)

Suit looking good is already half the battle won. Now what's left is the plot. Been watching Kamen Rider since 555 series (my favorite)...my taste however seems different from many others. I dun really like Kabuto much except the suit designs, but like Den-O for its humor and colorful characters. And if you are willing to support Den-O till now, the story has already become so much stronger, and it's really the first series I've watched that the secondary Rider play such an important role. Anyway, I always see the name Sbarot for the vampire sprite/bat, but isn't Coumorin the name, as written in Japanese?

Yeah...heard about the western adaptation of Kamen Rider Ryuki. Well, almost no one in toku-fandom is looking forward to it...Kamen Riders are meant to be Japanese/Asians, ya? Well, if it turns out to be as bad as the previous adaptation of Black RX, I think Ishinomori-sama is going to put a death curse on everyone in the production crew for Masked Rider Dragon Knight (the English name for the Ryuki adaptation)...

This one's good. And Den-O too. If not, there wun be so many programs and movies with both Den-O and Kiva (they even have an educational show at a space museum featuring these 2 riders!).
Kiva... hum not good and not bad, the show is some times cool to be watched, but the story is annoying execpt when it takes place in 1986. Know we have the power up, but the show is still makes me sleep... But good news, thers another movie for Den-O soon ! I love those Imagins ! Henshin !
