Figure Shelves

So finally I get to do one of those "loot" pictures, makes quite happy my figmas finally arrived.

However, this puts me in a dilemma. I no longer have anywhere to put my figures around my room.

Therefore, here is a question:

What kind of shelves do you fellow members recommend? Is there any place to buy nice looking ones for a relative low price?

Edit: I am looking for wall mounts since the floor space is pretty much occupied.

What are you looking for? Wall mounted shelving or floor standing?

Ikea are alright, but still quite expensive (especially if you're on a budget), but their Lack shelving is quite nice for wall mounting. If you're after floor standing, then Expedit always looks good. Failing that I'd personally try the flea markets or something... have a browse through http://www.apartmenttherapy.com/ they might have some suggestions for places in your city.

I get bookcases off Craigslist. Can get some pretty large good quality ones for $20 if you keep an eye out. I have 4 large bookcases that I bought for that amount. Although if you have the cash glass cases are a nice choice too.

My mom actually scrounged up some decent wooden wall mounted shelves at Goodwill, believe it or not. It took her quite a bit of time though to find them. If you'd rather wait to find good shelves for cheap, may I suggest displaying them in other random places in your house? LIke, say, sitting on your computer, on your windowsill, or on your nightstand? Figmas are small enough to fit in these places.

I achieved "relatively cheap" by luck of finding raw material, to make my own. The construction is documented on my site. Figmas are light enough for even flimsy, thin plastic (like my prototype).

I wish mine was like that, between bookcases, games, consoles and bed there is not much left in mine.
