When its windy in Tokyo, bikes go flying - taken an hour ago.
i remember when i was in japan i went out on one of these days and flew my kite ^_^ it went really high, then i had no more string left but it ended up snapping anyways and i lost my homemade kite =( (made it in school), that was fun

It was raining hard here today, and was really windy. Didn't see any bicycles flying, but many trees had their branches broken off, roots uprooted, falling onto the main roads. It was a total mess in my area. -.-
Very careless but look like crappy bikes, they probably dont care.

I was thinking about this too. The Wind God can be nice to you by lifting skirts as well as angry by going against bicycle users. ;)

Reminds me of the day when I was coming back from my Japanese class in Helsinki. Incredible wind and sleet. My umbrella snapped in half and the top bit flew off to god knows where. Comical though.

Looks like some Special powers o.o that went those bikes flying, but we are humans and we can't see this kind of thing and it looked like the wind carrying the bikes... arf arf arf... ok used too much brain to create this teory, need sleepzzzz
Well, last week in the middle of Jakarta, there was a heavy rain with a heavy wind, resulting in many trees got tumbling down and several large billboard sign got toppled. One big sign drop smack in to a passing taxi, luckily, the driver and the passengers only got minor injuries. ^^;;;;
wow quite an strong wind ..to move all of that..all this past days i had 2 hard encounters with the wind one in the afternoon and it push back some meters....and the last one ...yay...i was traumatic i was those deadly electric storms when i was heading to my academy and i?m supposed to walk a few blocks to get my bus i not always crowded but there are some people always but that day there was not even a soul...and suddenly the hard wind find me with some rays and lightings that was scary indeed and the wind season over here is on August geez sometimes i agree with kyon-kun saying that the weather is crazy
