Skirts don't normally have slits in the middle like that one. They're usually on the side - also where the zipper is. I have a feeling maybe she wore it wrong w/ the zipper to the middle of her waist instead of to the side. That just doesn't look right... though it isn't bad either.

After taking a second look at the picture, I think it's shopped, or weird in a way. There are 2 people pushing 2 different bicycles in front of the officer, but the shadow of the person on the utmost front (red bike) seems... weird

Here in Spain policewomen have the same uniform that their male partners. You would only see them in skirt in police celebrations and things like that.

Skirt isn't tactically logical outfit for a police. Also wearing a high-ish heel shoe don't help either. I don't know what female police do in Japan, but the female polices in both the US and Hong Kong do the same thing as male police. They carry guns, they have to chase after criminals.

FYI, Japan is a nation where there is still much discrimination between males and females, a lot of female staff tend to carry out jobs like serving coffee and the likes of public image. So the men are the ones who do all the "real" stuff that they are suppose to do. Kinda feel like the women are not given a chance and instead are so called thought of as being "protected" by the men.
