Shine Blog has photos of this huge 1/1 pre-production scale cast figure of Maple from Shining Tears. More pics and the original Tony Taka illustration at Shine Blog.
I think the scale is wrong. It's more like 1/1 or 1/2. She looks like a tiny fairy in the illustration.
Thats true. The article says 1/6. Maybe the fairy is small she she feels like it ^^;
My mistake - its actually 1/1 ^^;
I think it's 1/1
When you say 1/1 do you mean 1 foot? What about 1/6, what is that in measurements? ^^; lol i really never figured it out.
I think 1/1 would mean that it is the same size at it would supposedly be in the anime/game/series. 1/6 means it is 1/6th the estimate size. Since I have no idea how they determine anime figure's "real" size, I wouldn't know big it actually is.
Yup, That's kinda right. Well one way to think of it would be like, for a 1/6 scale model, It would take 6 times the measurements on that model to produce the actual measurements of the character concerned. Well I don't mind having a little fairy sit by my desk. :D
Lol yea. Guess when im going to buy a figure im not gonna look at the scale. Throws me off! So annoying lol. Thanks for the reply.
Man! I saw 1/1 in the title and automatically assumed it was like 5 feet tall..until I realized shes a fairy ^^; Still nice though! The elf girl next to it is cute! (Shes Elwing or something right?)
wow, this was big, it quite nice from it look...
big!! cool i like it ^^ gonna be grate when painted XD ^^
