Never did manage to finish Blood Plus due to the busy schedule. The live action movie is in production and due out next year. More info at Anime Banzai. Did you finish the anime series?

Just thinking. I'm sure saya had a shorter skirt and sleeves. Maybe somebody should let the producer know before its too late.

From what I read, its based off the movie, which had the longer skirt and sleeves, so its the right size in the picture. I haven't finished the anime series yet, but I plan to. Loved the movie and so far, I love the series as well.

Yeah...I finished it. Didn't quite like the ending though. Anyway, they may be right about it being based on blood:the last vamp...not blood+ Everything is shorter in blood+...make it skirt, sleeve and HAIR TOO...maybe the director is trying to get us to focus on things other than lovely long legs and silky smooth arms.

I watched both the movie and tv series. They are both good, but I prefer movie for visiual. As for the live action, I don't expect too much. I actually have so much to say about this live action movie, but I won't say much here. Only thing I d say is that it may will look great to people expect to Japanese.

yup the actress playing Saya is Jun Ji-hyun from "My Sassy Girl" fame. i watched both the movie Blood: The Last Vampire and the anime series Blood+. all i got to say is Saya looks way way cuter than in the movie. oh btw, Saya speaks English most of the time in the movie.

yup, that's definitely the blood last vampire getup she's got going there. i was able to finish all 50 episodes of blood+. can't say i'm really surprised about this announcement of a live action. i was expecting it ever since i watched the Aozora No Namida pv http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVCc6E2pQ2U

Finished the anime series, but thought they would have been better making a 26 épisodes serie with a better realisation rather than a 52 one with some crappy episodes (not much fillers, but all in all some episodes were much too lengthy, and rythm was so-so).

Watched both the series and movie. The movie had pretty nice visuals, but didn't explain the story very much. As for Blood+...it had too much drama. The songs for the OP/ED were nice though. Anyways, a bit disappointed that the movie and the series are pretty much not related at all.

Yeah. It's just a pain to sit thru 52 episodes of drama, when they should've used the budget to increase visual presentations in 26 eps instead. The tv series dragged the story too much.

Watched the movie (Blood: The Last Vampire) first; around a couple of years before Blood+ came out ^_^ I liked it. It was... darker/more serious than Blood+
