first time seeing the picture but not the first time seeing people do this.

kinda weird tho, do we think of our kids as dogs? pets maybe?

i just find it funny how we now think of taking our kids out for walks instead of going out walking with them.

Doesn't seem unusual to keep kids that small on reins. It would be if it was around her neck though...

See it often on the streets back here....and used it myself with my kid...it gives them some freedom of movement and at the same time they learn to stay in your proximity on their own....seen lots of parents tough walking with their kids normally.... once their siblings got loose from their hand...running after those little wild escapists :)
Haven't got that problem with mine ....he was used to freely along with me.

that man seems to be getting impatient. he's yawning already. -_-||

the kid must be thinking "how i wish my good for nothing dad will buy me this toy instead of leashing me".

The one that bothers me the most is that the mall looks familiar. Looks kinda like the Boston mall I went to. Maybe all malls look the same...

When I use to work for Disney, I saw so many of those leashes, I thought that we were giving them out for free, but seriously, I would be embarrassed if I was that kid
