This picture is from the game 約束の地リヴィエラ (Yakusoku No Chi Riviera), known as Riviera: The Promised Land outside of Japan. It has been released on the WonderSwan Color, Game Boy Advance, and the PlayStation Portable by Sting.
The unique characteristics of this game is that it has dating simulation like qualities aside from being a fantasy RPG. This means there are multiple heroines with different endings depending on which girl you appeal to the most during game play. Every so often, when playing, you come across a choice event that gives you the chance to either make a heroine like or dislike you more.
I will also mention that the GBA and PSP versions have voices, the PSP version being fully voiced during dialogue. Riviera boasts an EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE voice cast (in Japanese), many coming from anime seiyuu. For example, Kugimiya Rie and Goto Yuko, just for those who know them.
Okay, I won't spoil the whole game by rambling on, but if you are interested, you could do some research.
I'll try to upload some CGs from this game, as I think they are all well done and great in quality.
The artwork for the GBA and PSP versions are done by Sunaho Tobe (戸部 淑) who is one of my favorite artists. It is likely that I will upload more of her work at a later time.
Just to spark some comments, who in the picture would you want to go out with? I chose Serene (blue hair) the first time around.

I just remembered I still need to play this. :P Never knew it had dating as as sub-plot. I like the witch girl but it's hard to choose without knowing more about them.

As for the question, I'd pick the yellow-dressed one, she is by faz the most cute of'em all o/

One of the best handlheld games I've played. Voice cast and BGM was very good to listen. Beat the game 2 times.
I'd pick Serene (girl with wings) btw.

Riviera was indeed one of the most memorable games I ever played. Each time I see an image, I get flashbacks already. Sadly, I never got round in finishing off my 2nd round of gameplay. Its a pity because I was almost till the end.
I will want to go out with Lina. Her temperish side is just so kawaii. :3
