I just started reading the manga for this. It's seems to be pretty top notch so far. Though I only have read like 3 chapters. I like Louise the best, then comes Siesta.

Being the generous employer that I am I'd take all three. I know working alone can be boring at times, working in a team is more fun. :) If I had to choose just one my choice would be Siesta. :)
