Anyone know who this girl is? and which anime series she can be found in? There's something written on the board. dont know japanese, so cant tell. Found her through: Heisei Democracy
Well, I dun collect PVC figures (yet?)...but from the board... I think her name would be Nozomi, and she's an original figure (meaning not taken from any images/pictures?)

The figurine seem immediately familiar when I first see it. I can't put my finger to it, but I now realise it reminds me alot of the school uniform in Dōkyūsei 2, a dating simulation game by Elf: the white blouse, the blue vest that's worn over it and the red/orange checkered skirt.
Looks nice, but I've never had an "original" figure. I prefer to remembering a series or a character when seing my figures.
