Is this usage legal?
Or is it comman in Japan or something?

I've been wondering that myself. It seems like an awful lot of things are common in Japan >_>

I can only wish that the use of Lucky Star characters is because they have taken over the premises of an anime/manga store and have yet to produce a suitable promotional poster.
If they are indeed sending Lucky-Star cosplaying delivery staff, then .. hmm ..

Oh this kind of things I first saw in GTO/Great Teacher Onizuka.
And from what I saw in GTO, seems like the many of the girls are ugly... Saejima had to ask to change his girls many times before he got one that's decent looking. >_<

is it legal in Japan? I mean both the ad and the service.

登録日: 2008/05/18 20:28
I suppose it's legal. I recall they would hand out little cards a few years back to people. The cards contain pictures of the health care staff and their numbers.
I suppose since such delivery service is always going to be around, it's better to regulate it (to ensure the health care staff undergo periodic checkups, etc) than to drive it underground.

Is everyone having issues with this because they are using 2D characters to promote 3D "health service"? Or is it the fact that you can get in home "health care"?

I'm certain they'd be more preoccupied with the fact that it's soliciting health care services. Copyright infringement cases would come later.

DeriHeru still isn't quite that big a business in japan huh? I do a search for it and I get almost the same number of results compared to the search I did a year ago. heheh.
I wonder though if it's legal or not. A couple of deriheru sites usually only show the girl's bodies though so maybe it isn't?
that kind of "service" (I am thinking about the same thing you guys are right?) is legal in japan, and plus they wouldn't put that up if it was illegal

So wrong and deceiving... they know every otaku dream is having health cared by Kona-chan....
But this is just plain wrong. No. The closest Kona-chan can have on sexual innuendos is her fapping to Ana-chan, shown on a previous post.
