Finally out in the states is Alter and Vice's Motoko Kusanagi figure. This 1/7 scale figure really looks identical to Motoko in Ghost In The Shell 2nd GIG. Runs about $80 though but I wouldn't mind having it in my collection. A few more pics of her are here on my blog.

ive got this figure...its real nice. got it last yr in tokyo. Price has gone up to about AUD 112 when i saw last month in akihabara.

This is an "old" figure, she came out in January 2007 and disappeared like a flash, I was lucky to find at my friend's shop last year in August ^^

true, I do remember seeing this figure around...probably not here in the states because the US does have a bad track record on being slow with the otaku times ^_^

Looks lovely. Posture's a little odd for the Major, and her right hip has a funny look to it, at least from the angle of the photo, but what a great face.
