Yup that would be correct, only, it just means "Can i have strawberry pantsu", as oposed to "one strawberry pantsu" ^_^, if you wanted to add a quantity you would add a counter after the "wo". I am not very good with counters, so i don't know if there is a counter for pantsu, but i would otherwise go with: Ichigo pantsu wo futatsu kudasai/onegaishimasu"
