Otome, Nanaka and Yume in Onsen. Which one do you prefer? Haven't start watching the Second Season yet, is it good? Higher res can be found in here or just buy the newest Megami Magazine. (June edition)
If you like the first season yes, if you didn't, no. Though this time around it is mainly about his sisters [Otome/Yume], so that's a plus.
Physically I prefer Otome and Nanaka, though, I haven't watched the series so I don't know about their personality.
Otome = <3 Yume is even more of a bitch this time around, although her dere dere side can be cute at times, the tsun tsun really just tosses out any real appeal from her. The second season is far superior to the first. If you hated the first, but you like Da Capo (the original, not that DCSS crap) then you might wanna give this second season a shot. Definitely not for everyone since Yume took over Minatsu's overly tsun tsun role. Overall, this season feels much more back to the "roots" in which the Da Capo franchise succeeds in; not the generic gakuen romance h-game genre, but the story about the magical sakura tree and Sakura. Actually I'm kinda hoping that they do a little bit about Sakura's story from the game since it's mixed with Otome's and is the canon to the DC II story. Wow thx for the advice! I watched the 1st till 3rd season and by far my favorite is definitely the first. =D Kinda like the third one more than the second... Anyway, I will watch this of course since I followed Da Capo from the first, but thanks for the short review on it, made me more curious to watch sooner.
Never seen the first series of Da Capo, just the 2nd one. Can't find the first one anymore which makes me sad.
wow there is a 3rd season. I didn't know so I searched and learned that the 4th season is airing in Japan right now . Kind of odd I missed this as I think specially the first season is one of the best anime I have seen. Oh well... it just means that I have something to look forward to and that's not the worst news you can get :D
I never played the games and have only watched (and not all of) the anime. My favorite characters are Nanaka and Otome but Kotori of Da Capo I is still the best. Just in case Yume is bored and wants to swap places..I'd gladly volunteer! ^^

i just wished the graphics in the anime could be somewhere near the game's standard, or at least DC one's standard, DCII's drawings are really really off putting nanaka forever
erm, for it the season 2 so far is not bad, a lot of Otome and Yume screen time so I happy about it.

cute pic here! i didnt particularly liked D.C.S.S. so i'll prolly ignore D.C.S.S. II altogether. If you ask me, i prefer the first couple of seasons (oh, the incest love...and who could forget Kotori)!
Nanaka would normally be my first choice, but the more of Second Season I watch the more I'm starting to like Yume. Tsundere FTW!
