Games that use an anime license usually turn out quite shit but this could be a goodie - a Haruhi dancing game for the Wii. Sounds like you hold the Wiimote and dance around. No it won't get boring for fans of this series. Luckily we aren't forced to buy it. They probably use the Haruhi dance to torture terrorists and innocents. in Guantanamo Bay.
danny do you got a 360 so i can add you. ps3 is good but it was too expensive T-T. wii is good but the 360 had ace combat 6 and armored core series and etc. so i was left with the 360 , , , although i did want to try metroid prime corruption T-T
wow, you mean we get to do the hare hare yukai dance? maybe if you get two wii controller - so you can attach another to you legs.. i am still lagging off new generation console..its not that the console are expensive, its the hdtv that's expensive...
you dont need an hdtv to enjoy the next-gen of consoles (but it sure helps add more fun to the experience). you won't be missing much IMO.
Concur. You might miss out on the "wow" factor clarity wise, but game still plays the same.

I don't think Wii's even go up to 720p so it wouldn't really make much of a difference. Graphics-wise it isn't that much different than the GameCube. Gameplay is what makes the Wii fun to play.

It is about another series of Action Figure of Haruhi which is similar to the Figma, and this time Haruhi even have the ponytail look! interesting since the ps2 version isn't much of what we wish it could be I'm excited to try dancing with it <3 haha now all we need is a big, big lcd and several wiimotes to recreate the desho desho dance ^_^

As an owner of a PSP, a Wii, and an iPhone (similar to the iPod Touch). I say go with the Wii. The PSP has by and large, been a disappointment for me, while the Wii is something that I play every day. Smash Bros. Brawl, and Mario Kart Wii have owned my life since I got them. And other great games, like Metroid Prime 3, Mario Galaxy, Zack and Wiki, Fire Emblem, Boom Blox, and No More Heros are all fantastic as well. The PSP definitely has its share of great games, but I just can't help but feel like it's just a portable ps2 with a much smaller library of games, and uncomfortable button and analog layout. And many times, I just wish that I was playing them on my ps2 instead.

I don't know if I should be happy or kind of sad. I mean, most anime games (aside from Jump Ultimate Stars, that was awesome) just aren't that great. I REALLY have a feeling that this won't be coming to the US.

I feel so left out... wants a PS3 too =p ... A lot of interesting titles coming to the PS3 this year; MGS4, FF13 , FFvs13 and Resistance 2 among others. Not forgetting GTA4... *drools*
I was a PC gamer for a long time and then I got tired of the DRM software that tried to install on my system after putting in the disks. The Bioshock debacle was just horrible.
Don't have a Wii, then again i bought a Gamecube for only one game too... Maybe will buy a Wii just for Haruhi lol... nah, or... hrmmm dunno!
Only one game? The Gamecube has cool ones, including The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Soul Calibur II and Fire Emblem Path of Radiance. I wonder which one you chose.

Metroid Prime is by far the best game on the GCN. There is nothing else on the system that even comes close to it.

I am a Wii and xbox360 user... Currently playing mario kart wii, smash brothers brawl and rock band... I'd like to say I look forward for this game but I don't think We'll see it over here...

Nice.. I've always wanted to learn how to dance this, but had no one brave enough to be ashamed with me. 6I have the PSP game, know nothing of japanese, but love hearing Yuki telling me the time. I wish my cellphone would do that.

From the images, looks like they're just going to loop hare hare yukai continuously. I mean, sure different locations, but I would think the same song over and over again would eventually get old, even if it is hare hare yukai

It looks pretty interesting, but I would have prefered DDR/Stepmania style. Still though, it's Haruhi, it simply can't be all bad.
