The difference in sizing between japan and the US is rediculous. My wife (a U.S. natural DD size) couldn't even find a bra in most of the shops we looked. She was kinda bummed about the tops too since none of those fit her chest either. One merchant in Harajuku refused to even let her try tops on. It was hilarious.
