Kipi did post a video clip (or two, or three) once on her moblog where she speaks, and she sounds, well, normal. I remember remarking that she did not try to sound forcefully cute as my dear Hirano Aya-chan is often accused of.

Yes she is pretty, but you have to remember that in this day and age not having your teeth taken care of is odd. Heck in the States you'll notice that even low income families take care of them.
