Definitely a nice figure there. I always preferred her Shining Wind outfit over her Shining Tears outfit. Plus, Blanc Neige looks a lot better with long hair to me. So what company is making this figure?

Kotobukiya is making it, in line with all the rest of their Wind releases. I always preferred her Wind outfit too, and finally a figure of her comes out. But preordering 3 is overkill for me, Zero. Just waiting for her preorders to become available now.
looks great! unfortunately i haven't gotten around to any shining wind stuff yet... this and the kureha figures have definitely piqued my curiosity though...

Oh, looks very nice indeed. I have Max Factory's Blanc Neige in white bikini figure which is very delicious as well. (Hair's shorter than this version however.)
