Hijacked from member Neil. Another place that you can go to if you are looking for cute girlies dressed up is Harajuku. Go on a Sunday and you will see a load of them on the Harajuku Bridge. Go on a weekday at about 4PM and head to Takeshita Dori to see girls in their school uniform stopping by for some hanging out before they go home.
