Irisviel is the most moe girl in the Fate trilogy (Fate/ Stay Night, Fate/ Hollow Ataraxia and Fate/ Zero). Heard about Fate/Zero manga being produced but not sure about this. Anyone can verify? I myself like the storyline of Fate/ Zero but don't quite the way Urobuchi writes it.

The woman who looks like Iria on the left is Irisviel von Einzbern (アイリスフィール・フォン・アインツベルン, Airisufīru fon Aintsuberun? Mother of Illyasviel von Einzbern, heroine of the story. Kiritsugu's wife.

Can it really be counted as a proper trilogy? Hollow Ataraxia isn't a proper sequal.

It's an official prequel... Hollow Ataraxia to Stay Night is like Kagetsu Tohya to Tsukihime... it's a fundisk, but still considered actually happened...
